Raymonds

Restaurant Raymonds opened in 2010 in a building from 1915 overlooking the harbour of St. John. It is the result of a collaboration between chef Jeremy Charles and restaurant manager and sommelier Jeremy Bonia. Jeremy's father and Jeremy's grandfather served as inspiration for the restaurant. In the kitchen, Jeremy only uses fresh and local ingredients. Choose the five- or seven-course menu that is creatively interwoven with vegetables.
