Ambrozijn

What a charming restaurant inside the Irenekerk in Valkenburg. Sven Nijenhuis has truly put Ambrozijn on the Dutch culinary map – congratulations, and well deserved. The menu is beautifully composed around local ingredients and is also available in a pure plant version, though not yet 100% pure plant. His slogan says it all: “What you see is what you get!”. Ambrozijn is also a proud member of the JRE organization – and that comes as no surprise. Young, talented, and dynamic.
