Creation We're Smart Foundation
Official founding date : 14 July 2024
The foundation has as its disinterested goal, both in Belgium and abroad:
- supporting innovation in healthy food and highlighting sustainable and ecological food solutions towards the future;
bringing together people and organisations that share a healthy, ecological and sustainable vision, both in the food sector and beyond; - accelerating the global transition from animal to pure plant and from harmful to healthy food, all through the irresistible power of delicious taste;
- actively guide and encourage people and organisations to make better food choices with the aim of creating a healthier and better future for people, nature and the planet.
In pursuit of its aim, the foundation practices the following activities:
- organising the ‘Future Awards’, and awards in general;
- organising ‘The Week of Fruits & Vegetables’;
- designating and promoting ‘Fruit & Vegetables of the Year’;
- supervising and organising international activities (workshops, debates, showcookings, etc.);
- organising events in general;
- organising academies, competitions and so on.

The foundation will also be able to undertake all actions that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose, in particular take all initiatives, promote all collaborations, obtain donations or loans, in kind or in cash, organise all operations or take all measures that may contribute to the realisation of its purpose, in compliance with the law.
As part of the realisation of its purpose, the foundation strives for transparency vis-à-vis donors, partners and others by producing an annual report of its income and the activities in return.
