WS Agriculture & Food Heritage Library Project
Together with the CAG - Centre for Agricultural and Food History - in Leuven (Belgium), we are launching a project to build a Heritage Library of Agriculture & Food. We're Smart's role is to act as a link with the culinary world and its history in order to convince national and international chefs/restaurants to donate valuable items from their businesses to the library. Specifically, this involves cookbooks, menus, recipes and material about special culinary activities that they have organised during their gastronomic careers.
