Baieta

The young female chef Julia Sedefdjian has been at the helm of Baieta since January 2018. She is mainly inspired by Mediterranean flavours, and her dishes carry names such as pissaladière, aioli, socca, bouillabaisse revisited. She is also very creative in dishes such as carpaccio of beef tongue, bottarga and anchoïade or with candied octopus, gnocchi of sweet potato and emulsion of crab, like in Marseille. Don't forget that we are in the heart of the 5th district. Julia, who previously worked at the Les Fables restaurant in La Fontaine, was the youngest star chef in France and is a chef to follow.
