Bon Aire
In the middle of the rice fields outside Valencia, you'll find many restaurants serving the local specialty: paella and more. It’s a popular destination for both tourists and Valencians alike. We chose Restaurant Bon Aire, a place where quality is clearly a top priority and where service is both professional and friendly. A few local vegetables make a delicious appearance on the plate, and we were especially surprised by the signature dessert – made with pumpkin and honey. A lovely touch!
