Chefs Napol Jantraget and Saki Hoshine are inspired by ingredients and traditional preparations from the different regions of Thailand and let their own inventiveness and creativity loose on them. Until a few years ago, 80% of the ingredients were of local origin. Now it is a 100%! By the way, you can also eat completely vegan and the food served on your plate is very surprising and full of flavour. The atmosphere is very relaxed.
