In November 2018, Garima Arora became the first Indian chef to receive a Michelin star. She brings age-old Indian cooking techniques and fresh daily and especially local ingredients together in very personal dishes in which fish, meat and especially vegetables find their way. It offers two tasting menus, one of which is entirely vegetarian. It is a series of small dishes such as spicy betel pepper, a banana flour doughnut, toast with frozen cucumber; and also pumpkin, whey and a chickpea dumpling.
