We will not soon forget our new visit to the Basiliek restaurant by Yornie van Dijk, what a fantastic culinary achievement! We can safely name this chef as the new great vegetable discovery of the year. That is why we are nominating the restaurant as Discovery of the Year in the Netherlands in 2023. It's nice when young chefs who help determine the future of the kitchen know how to spoil their guests with such finesse and taste balance. The future is bright as far as We're Smart is concerned!
