The new chef-owner is Yornie van Dijk. Yornie was already more than 3 years kitchen chef at Basiliek, so we will follow up the evolution shortly. The restaurant is known for the wide choice of vegetables and always brought with great conviction and taste. Respect for nature stays therefore the motto. Even adapted non-alcoholic seasonal drinks are served here. We hope that the new team leader will further explore the plantbased cuisine!
