The Echoput is traditionally known as the 'game restaurant of the Netherlands. It is therefore in the Veluwe, the largest wildlife area in the Netherlands. Nearly the whole year there is fresh game on the menu, always combined with surprising preparations with vegetables from the area. On the menu include cream of pea and mint, legumes, poached quail eggs, sauce soubise and crispy young nettle tops or also roe with cream of carrots, kohlrabi, chicory, grapefruit. Owner and taste professor Peter Klosse designed around the dishes his concept of multi-sensory dining where all senses are involved.
