Chef Pasquale Carfora is proud of his Italian restaurant Aroma, and that's a good thing! Italian cuisine lends itself perfectly to pure plant cooking, but that's not what happens here. The chef conjures up tasty dishes with everything at hand, be it 100% vegetables or cheese, meat, seafood or fish. But 100% pure plant remains - for now - rather limited. Still, we can say that the cooking is fantastic, even with vegetables!
