Baan Tepa
Team Baan Tepa is led by chef Tam Chudaree Debhakam. She can count on a unique garden to set the tone for what goes on the menu. This produces gorgeous vegetable dishes, yet fish and meat continue to claim the main role in the menu time and again. Seasonally, the accents may be somewhat different but at present, a 100% pure plant menu is not yet an issue. Chef Tam talks about her belief that sustainability is becoming more important in today's cuisine, but a 100% pure plant menu is not on the agenda. Food for thought chef!
