Vira Vira is a beautiful lodge next to the forests and mountains of the Chilean Lake District. The restaurant is owned by the Uruguyan chef Damien Fernandez and is supplied daily with fresh, organic products from his own farm and cheese factory. The dishes are refined, inventive, healthy and above all rich in vegetable elements.
