Ark is the new Danish vegetable star in the sky. Chef Brett Lavender travelled the world to form his vision of the cuisine of the future, and it is rightly refined plant-based and high quality, with respect for nature and in perfection. It is this idea of sustainability combined with the purity of Nordic Cuisine that drives the team to the level they deserve: 5 Radishes.
