Chef Vicky Sevilla has a true love for vegetables – especially those from the local fields.
Together with her young team, she ensures that they play a central role in her refined creations. There’s clearly a feminine touch present – delicate finishes, edible flowers, and sweet-sour flavor combinations. A 100% pure plant menu is not (yet) available, but at We’re Smart, we believe it’s only a matter of time. Chef, we’ll gladly return to Arrels when that day comes!
