Chef Roger Julian makes you feel at home. Simposio is an exceptional restaurant where the chef is in touch with the products of the moment, and can respond to your wishes in a very personal way. If your wishes are pure plant, the chef has no problem with that, quite the contrary. The restaurant is somewhat outside the city of Valencia, but thanks to the chef's talent, it is more than worth a visit.
