Felix Chaques wants to shine, motivation drips off the chef. Concept is simple, the team  always starts from the regional products of the season, the chef thinks out of the box and bring 7 dishes that are colourful thanks to the many vegetables ! The food is always flavourful, and also surprising with great creativity. Chef Felix calls his cuisine radically personal where accents make all the difference. Its location in old Valencia, and its small scale make the restaurant even more appealing.
