Chef Luis Valls has rightly made the move to vegetables in the lead and does so with great sophistication and flavour. This makes us so happy that we immediately move the restaurant from 1 to 4 Radishes. Thanks for using your talent to do magic with vegetables, we were convinced this restaurant could be a hit!
