Vuelve Carolina

Vuelve Carolona is one of topchef Quique Dacosta’s restaurants. The chef has become quite the celebrity but remains a culinary ambassador for the region. You can find simple vegan recipes on the menu, although your choices are limited. Nonetheless, this restaurant deserves a spot in the list : it is hip and cosy. It’s customers are mostly of the younger generations and therefore we expect that the kitchen will adapt accordingly in the future. We are already looking forward to it.
