Chef Rahul Rana is a topper in the pure plant culinary world. Along with chefs Himanshu Saini and Sanket Joshi, they are responsible for the 100% pure plant creations at Avatara in Mumbai. We describe the cuisine as sophisticated with added value, pure Indian, colourful, and we also feel that the team and the kitchen still has potential to grow in the We're Smart Green Guide. The wonderful non-alcoholic drinks menu and world wine list also did not escape our notice.
