Antonio Chiodi Latini

Antonio Choidi Latini is the chef, that much is clear, but within the We're Smart world not just any chef. He describes his cuisine as "Vegetable creative", which in practice means vegan. But apart from the 100% plant-based offer, for us it is also the creative interpretation that does it for us. Colleagues are full of praise for every dish that passes on the table. We, too, were delighted by this own vision of Italian culinary heritage, which "by the way" has always put vegetables first. Well done, Antonio!
