Chef Guiseppe D'Errico and his team recently took over the torch from Michelangelo Mammoliti here, and he too is a fan of vegetables! You can now choose from 3 menus: the surprise menu, the 100% nature menu, or the vegetarian menu. The own garden remains central to what is offered in the menu. Each year, we decide together what will be sown for later use. Of course, not everything is grown on the domain's land for a whole year, but importantly, the sustainability ideas are also applied to purchased products. We have the impression that the transition went well and that the restaurant has not lost its DNA. We're Smart will certainly follow it up for you!
