Chef Aurora Goy cooks with passion, with great taste, rather traditional and pure, and always with lots of natural fresh herbs, flowers and aromatics. This authentic cuisine is not a vegetable cuisine "pure", but they are always there. Also dare to ask for fully vegetable, they will be happy to serve some wonderful flavour combinations.
