1932 Brasserie has opened with a strong plant-forward concept, which is set to continue at the Almanac Rooftop of the Alcron Hotel Prague. Only then will the format feel fully complete and ready to naturally align with the “radish leaf family.” As of May 11th, 2026, 1932 Brasserie follows the concept of French inspired brasserie. Even with this change, the Brasserie offers a flexitarian menu, offering a vegetarian- and a vegan-friendly option - a rare find in meat-centric Prague's gastronomic scene. I would recommend this restaurant to my friends for this very reason.
