Bella Via

Bella Via is the restaurant of Patricia Bellavia and her friend Carlo Didden. The latter caused two decades of furore in Antwerp as a special taste mixer and pioneer of the 'crossculture' kitchen with influences from around the world. In Bella Via he returns to his Limburg roots and serves a quirky no-nonsense kitchen in which vegetables get a supporting role.
