As if we were taking a walk in the forest! This is how I can describe the culinary experience of vegetable chef Rodolfo Guzman. So yes, wild plants and herbs, seeds, sea vegetables and dunes, mushrooms and herbs and fruits and vegetables. Everything has arrived before our dazzled eyes through a spectacular menu tucked away in real little pearls of crockery! Surprising and innovative! Totally "Think Vegetables, Think Fruit! ". So 4 well-deserved radishes go to this restaurant which is also temporarily for us, the number 1 of Chile!
