Real Chilean cuisine in a nice neighborhood of Santiago. We do not choose, the friendly manager convinces us to taste some specialties of the country. We find that fish and meat are important, but Chile is also a land of market gardening! Pumpkin, red onion, spinach, lentils, mushrooms, tomato, quinoa, paprika, olives, sweet corn, mitzvah and all kinds of fruit go by. Fortunately, they are there to balance the heavy cuisine that is served to us.
