The choice for a sustainable and vegan restaurant is, therefore, the logical consequence. In their plant-based food experience, you will find dishes such as a spicy tartare of carrot curry with dill yoghurt and kohlrabi; and also fresh creamy cauliflower with radish, celeriac cream and wasabi foam.
