Casimir Evens worked in top Belgian restaurants De Pastorale and 't Zilte and is now at the helm of his own kitchen in his hometown. The restaurant is located on the top floor of the NH Collection Eindhoven Center hotel. Casimir describes his cuisine as fine casual dining. The plate features creative preparations with complex flavours and strong seasoning, inspired by kitchens from the four corners of the globe. Vegetables guide and support his creations.
