At We’re Smart Green Guide, we truly appreciate the cooking style of Aprudia and Chef Enzo Di Pasquale. The purity and simplicity of the dishes fit beautifully with the overall character of the restaurant. Naturally, the sea is an important source of inspiration for the chef, with the restaurant located in the coastal town of Giulianova. But plants also have their place on the menu. We would love to see this offering become even broader, although what is not there today may well come tomorrow. For now, we are delighted to welcome the chef and his restaurant to the Green Guide, hoping this recognition will encourage them to embrace the pure plant philosophy even further.
