With a determination to work with local producers and in the season, Buut makes a real statement for the use of plants and their love for local. Chef Matthijs Pijpers and his team find the balance between the expectations of the 'locals' and their own ambitions. We are delighted to find a pure plant menu in the area and this is a great start for a further refinement in the pure plant world.
