Chef Mathieu Aumont is taking his first steps into a pure plant offering, which currently consists of a three-course menu. At Aux Pesked, the focus remains—at least for now—on what the Breton coast has to offer in terms of fish and seafood. We at We’re Smart are, of course, also big fans of the Breton vegetables, which Chef Mathieu gives already a delicious place on the plate. Everything here revolves around the seasons of sea and land, high-quality local products, and natural colors and textures. The proximity to the sea always gives a little holiday feeling, and it tastes just as good as it feels!
