Casa Jose

Casa Jose consists of two restaurants, a more informal "tapas bar" on the ground floor, and the restaurant itself on the first floor. Chef Fernando del Cerro puts vegetables from the vegetable gardens around his restaurant at the centre and processes them into simple dishes with excellent taste intensity. He combines fried kale with aioli of hazelnuts, cauliflower risotto with cheese and coconut; he brings a whole leek flavoured in papillotte and also a chervil and carrot stew, tomato and ginger espuma.
