Tenerife in Madrid! Chef Safe Cruz cooks "out of the box": if you serve goat's cheese with caviar and orange, that's worth saying. You get bite after bite of creations with a story linked to the island of Tenerife. The biodynamic wines also come from there. We were able to enjoy some top-notch creations based on plants, although a completely plant-based menu was not possible. But we still taste the vegetables, that is why we include the restaurant in the We're Smart Green Guide, who knows, maybe it will inspire the chef to offer a full vegetable menu in the future?
