The Basque chef Eneko Atxa does everything to bring ingredients as sustainable as possible on the plate. In this project he goes into the depth of every detail. The paintings that this vegetable chef conjures up are colored by the herbs, flowers and other plant elements that enrich the plates in many structures. It's a magical experience.
