Brut Food

Brut Food has undergone some changes, with Alice Pollet now totally in charge. But importantly, the concept and its strengths remain unchanged. All the ingredients here are organic and 100% pure plant is never far away. Every ingredient is seasonal and in respect of nature as well. The dishes have sometimes an influence from all over the world, nonetheless the ingredients do come from the wider region and their is a focus on working towards zero waste. These are all items we like to hear at We're Smart. Nice place, good vibes and very “Bruxellois”!
