Racines continues to grow positively! Italian with a modern twist, always tasteful and above all with a lot of enthusiasm. Dishes do have fish or meat as a basis, vegetables have a more supporting role. We miss the strong assets of the Italian kitchen where simple, well seasoned vegetable creations are standard.
