Chef Ettore Botrini and Nikos Billis are proud of their Greek roots and traditions. So nostalgia is not far away, but note that we are indeed talking about a high-level fine dining restaurant here! Nature is not far away, so neither are vegetables. But the perfect balance between land and sea is always sought, and all the assets of Greece are played out. We believe that this restaurant may become even more proud about the power of plants, the creativity with them are endless. Meat, fish and dairy are not always necessary to score with the guests.
