Chef Tasos Mantis stands for earthy gastronomy, he likes to sit with his hands in the earth of his beautiful vegetable garden himself. The garden is part of the overall experience, so flowers, herbs, fruits and vegetables are part of the menu in abundance. Yet a 100% pure plant menu is not on the agenda yet. In fact, why not chef?
