Chef Ausiàs Signes has trained with top mentors.
With the mindset of “you’re young and you want something,” he and his partner Felicia Guerra started their restaurant in Pedreguer. Local first, with respect for tradition and a youthful twist – that’s how you could describe Ausiàs’s cuisine. Indeed, but just like his mentor Ricard Camarena, a pure plant menu has yet to make an appearance here. But what isn’t, can still be! We’re Smart believes in it – and is happy to support these young talents on their journey.
