Altatto Bistrot claims to bring plant-based "Haute Cuisine". This cuisine is carried by 3 female chefs - Cinzia, Giulia and Sara - who were inspired by the temple of vegetarian cooking in Milan: Joia by Pietro Leemann. Stylish, colourful, varied, sometimes daring, with product knowledge, and always convincing! As far as we are concerned, they succeed perfectly in their Think Vegetables! Think Fruit!
