The 5 radishes of Pietro Leemann are staying put! Again we were able to enjoy unique taste combinations. Everything that is vegetable has no secrets anymore in this 'old temple'. Especially the fantastic preparation of BBQ wild mushrooms with rosemary perfume, spicy paprika salsa, avocado, roasted ripe pear, warm hummus and sésame seeds are locked into our taste buds! Would you like to fly to Milan as well?
