Casa Buono
Liguria is a beautiful Italian region where Casa Buono, nestled inland in the small village of Trucco, claims its culinary place in all tranquility. Chef Antonio Buono gained experience at Mirazur, and it was probably there that he developed his love for vegetables. Yet they don’t take center stage in the restaurant – something we at We’re Smart find hard to understand.
