Mauro Colagreco is now a world celebrity. But is the restaurant really that good? We tested the summer menu for you! The summer bean salad was great. The apricot carpaccio with crab was surprising! The cake of raw mushroom with granao padano was succulent. The soup of squid with peas and young potato was very tasty. The raw pomelo in marmalade with slow cooked pork rib and yoghurt spice sauce was very nice! The dessert was also beautiful: roasted peach with thyme, verbena and raspberry 'cristal'. Less was the beetroot with caviar and cream. The cream has no added value and takes away the tasty flavours of the main ingredients. With vegetables and fruit in the leading role and presented in a refined manner, the 5 Radishes are confirmed.
