Sander Vandewalle was the right hand of Frederik Deceunink of restaurant Sel Gris for about 8 years. Sander and partner Camille can do their own thing in this restaurant under the supervision of Deceuninck. Expect contemporary preparations in which vegetables are creatively processed.
