Cédric is a phenomenon in Knokke! Everyone knows him and he knows everyone. It is therefore always a pleasure to go to the restaurant for the many visitors to this seaside town. Even we at We're Smart also enjoy tucking our legs under the table here. Vegetables feature in every course and always delicious, but almost always accompanied by the culinary treasures of the sea... where the chef's heart also lies, of course.
