Arabelle Meirlaen transformed the ground floor of her private home into a temple of good taste. She developed an 'intuitive kitchen' in which she shows her exceptional talent and her interest in the plant world. That is immediately clear when you visit her vegetable garden that she has laid out at the back of the restaurant. With quite a bit of praise Arabelle further refined her philosophy, as well as her instinct for healthy and natural cooking, and her knowledge of the richness of Walloon soil. She creates thousands of sensible associations with vegetable products at her stove, creating still one of the most healthy but also one of the most eye-catching kitchens of the moment.
