Young Master Grégory Gillain and Gélène Fays exchanged their work at Pierre Résimont in l'Eau Vive in Arbre for this old station building where they serve original high-class bistro meals. The emphasis is on precise preparations with fish and meat to which vegetables are added sparingly.
