Chef François Durand tempts us at his restaurant Pollen in the Naxelet estate not only with his vegetable menu "Maraîchage", but also with the whole philosophy, garden & nature, focus on local and vegetables in the leading role. We feel right at home here! Ok, the golf course is not a must for us but fanatics know they can be pampered healthy and delicious after their golf performance. Nice project. Congratulations!
