Auberge Sauvage

In his "Auberge Sauvage", chef Thomas Benady opts for plant-based creations. The sea is not far away and there are also many wild saline plants that find their place in the chef's creations. We are delighted to have discovered this culinary gem and equally delighted to be able to share this beautiful discovery with our We're Smart community. And yes, the beautiful Mont Saint-Michel is not far away either.
